Principal Partners

Linda Dickey

Linda is one of the founding partners of 4Sight Group and has served as a trusted advisor to the legal community throughout her extensive career. Prior to joining 4Sight, she was the President of Linda M. Dickey Consulting, LLC where she assisted clients with business continuity/disaster response planning services. Ms. Dickey previously served as the Director of Administration for the Wilmington law firm of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor for over 20 years.   Linda currently serves on the Delaware State Bar Association’s Committee for Disaster Preparedness.

Paul McCarthy

Paul has over 20 years of technology experience and provides 4Sight’s clients with Consulting and Project Management expertise in efforts that include Strategic Planning, IT Architecture, LAN/WAN Infrastructure Design, Data/Voice/Video Systems Design, Relocation Technology Support, Telecommunications and Network Security. Prior to 4Sight, Paul was employed as an Executive Vice President by Integrated Technologies Management with numerous project successes on behalf of clients around the US.  

Bill Willis

Bill is a Senior Network Engineer with 4Sight Group, LLC. His primary responsibilities include providing system design, configuration and support services for 4Sight clients throughout the region. Specifically, Bill is focused on providing hands-on assistance to clients seeking to resolve networking or systems issues; planning and implementation of upgrades.

Bob Bowden

As a Senior Network Engineer at 4Sight, Bob’s primary focus is providing implementation and ongoing support to 4Sight clients.  Bob also takes the lead role in technology audits that provide clients with a written report detailing system strengths and weaknesses. Bob maintains strategic vendor relationships and the training and certification required to provide the high level of support 4Sight clients have come to expect. Some of Mr. Bowden’s responsibilities include Systems Integration & Design, Ongoing Support and Technology Audits.

Kevin Hammond

As a Network Engineer at 4Sight, Kevin’s primary focus is the preventative maintenance of existing networks. Kevin also takes a role in assisting with system upgrades and implementations. He participates in planning and executing comprehensive technology audits that provide clients with a detailed report highlighting system strengths and weaknesses. Some of Mr. Hammond’s ongoing responsibilities include Service and Support to 4Sight Clients, Hardware and Software Systems Design, Configuration and Maintenance as well as Technology Audits

Jason Dickey

As a Senior Database Engineer with 4Sight, his attention is focused on the design, development, deployment, and support of database systems. Jason's resume includes supporting mission critical systems for the Financial, Legal, and Retail industries. Through this experience he brings with him the expertise to proactively monitor and tune your mission critical database systems. Prior to joining the 4Sight Group, Jason was the Director of Database Systems for David’s Bridal.
