  1. Pro-Active Service and Support.  Instead of waiting for trouble to arise, 4Sight Engineer’s will proactively monitor and maintain your system to stop problems before they start.  4Sight will monitor your system’s ‘vital signs’ on a schedule that meets both your needs and budget.

Around the Clock Access.  With our Service and Support plans, you will receive the peace of mind time that comes with having access to our qualified engineers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.    You will receive an after hours phone number to call should a problem arise.  We guarantee a call back from one of our engineers within 2 hours of your call, and an onsite visit, if necessary within 4 hours.

  3. A Principal Engineer who will be responsible for your account.  At 4Sight your satisfaction is our primary goal.  We will assign one of our engineer’s to your account; it will be his job to ensure that your system is running correctly.  No more ‘on the job’ training for an unfamiliar engineer.  Our Engineers meet weekly to review accounts and cross train.  One point of contact, one number to call. 

  4. Sized to meet your company’s needs.   Every client is unique, not every company needs 40 hours a month of service, or even 20.  We will work with you to determine the right plan for you.  We will review and adjust the plan quarterly to ensure that you are not paying for too many hours of service. Best of all, unused hours are carried forward to the following month, so no time is ever wasted.  Should a need to exceed your number of prepaid hours arise, they will be billed at a rate pre-determined with you in advance.  Whether you are in need of 40 hours per month or 5, 4Sight has the plan for you.

  5. Hardware.  4Sight can register your critical server components thereby allowing us to arrive with part in hand, when the situation arises.

  6.
